Krystal Kirby (she/her) | Founder | Clinical Supervisor | LICSW
Hi there! I’m Krystal. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, mood-related concerns, and LGBTQIA+ related concerns. I also support individuals navigating attachment and relationship concerns, polyamorous and consensually non-monogamous relationships, estrangement, grief and loss, communication challenges, boundaries, self-esteem, school-related concerns, and emotion regulation.
My approach is grounded in inclusivity, compassion, and a deep respect for each person’s unique experiences and identities. I provide affirming therapy for individuals across diverse gender identities, relationship structures, and neurodiverse backgrounds.
In therapy, I integrate principles of neurodiversity, gender affirmation, and attachment-based care to create a calm, supportive, and validating space where clients can feel understood and accepted. I recognize that anxiety, depression, and mood-related concerns can intersect with relationships, attachment, gender identity, neurodiversity, grief, and life experiences in many ways. I strive to help clients better understand themselves and their relationships, explore patterns of connection and attachment, and work toward a fuller, more meaningful life.
Krystal is an in-network provider with BCBS, Midlands Choice, Auxiant, and Cigna insurances.

Jessica Esquivel (she/her) | LIMHP
As a lifelong reader and lover of books, I honor the power of stories—both the ones we inherit and the ones we choose to write for ourselves. I believe therapy offers an opportunity to explore your experiences, gain new perspectives, and create meaningful change that aligns with your personal values, goals, and needs. I deeply value the therapeutic relationship and provide a collaborative and supportive environment where we can work together toward healing, growth, and authenticity.
I have experience working with adults navigating relational challenges, trauma and attachment concerns, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and life transitions. I tailor my approach to each individual, drawing upon personal strengths and creating a safe space where stories can be shared, explored, understood, and, when needed, rewritten.
As someone who has lived with an autoimmune condition since adolescence, I have a special interest in working with those who are navigating chronic illness, autoimmune disease, and other ongoing health concerns. I understand that physical health challenges often impact emotional well-being, relationships, identity, and daily life. Together, we can address the unique grief, stress, uncertainty, and life adjustments that often accompany chronic illness while building resilience, self-compassion, and authenticity.
Whether you are seeking support for yourself or navigating a difficult chapter in your life, I would be honored to be a part of your story. I look forward to connecting with you!
Jessica is an in-network provider with BCBS, Midlands Choice, Auxiant, and Cigna insurances.

Hayden Wallace (she/her) | PLMHP
Hello! I'm Hayden. I have worked primarily with the young adult population, but I have also worked with young children and adults. I offer guided support in multiple diagnoses such as anxiety, depression, LGBTQIA+ related issues, life transitions/adjustment, and more.
My experience playing collegiate soccer at the Division 1 and Division 2 level drove my passion to raise awareness for mental health issues in sports. I have experience providing sport performance therapy sessions to athletes to help improve their overall mental health and well-being.
I offer in-person and virtual individual therapy sessions for individuals living in Nebraska. In this environment, I ask that you come as you are, make yourself comfortable and know this is a non-judgmental space to feel heard, seen, and supported.
